This page explains what information Kivi keeps and why.

What we keep

Your name, phone number, email, delivery address and your orders. If you choose, a map pin to find your address.

To pack and deliver your order, contact you about it, send the order confirmation email and sign-in codes, and keep your account and gifts.
We do not sell your information or share it for advertising. The courier only sees what delivery needs (name, phone, address).

Your cart and favourites are saved on your own device. A secure cookie keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.

Only emails about your orders and signing in, and a "back in stock" email if you asked for one.
