Terms

Orders

When you place an order, you are buying from Kivi. The order is final once we accept it. If an item has run out, we contact you before delivery.

Prices

Prices are in Armenian dram (֏). The final amount, including delivery and discounts, is shown before you place the order.

Gifts and discount codes

Gifts and discount codes have an end date, cannot be exchanged for money, and only one of them is used per order (the loyalty and invite-a-friend rewards come on top). If an order is cancelled, a gift used on it comes back.

Delivery

As described on the "Delivery" page.
